Please ensure you have read and understood the booth dimensions, participation fee and Terms & Conditions before selecting your table and completing payment.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Participation fee: IDR 5,000,000 per booth for 7–15 November 2026.
2. Timings: KMall Diwali will be held from Saturday, 7th Nov to Sunday 15th Nov 2026 at The KMall, Jakarta, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Kindly note that all participants need to be present for the entire duration of the event.
3. Sub Letting: Sub-letting of the table space by vendors is strictly prohibited. Substitute vendors will not be permitted to participate.
4. Cancellation: Participation is non-refundable once confirmed 
5. Set Up: Doors for set-up for exhibitors will be opened from 4 AM on the event day. Kindly be early for set-up and avoid traffic congestion in the loading area. All exhibitors must complete their table display 30 minutes before the event start time. Exhibitors are strictly advised to only use the KMall loading dock and NOT to cart trolleys or cartons through the main mall lobby at any time. Should you need assistance from any venue staff, please go through the Organizer. Vendors are required to stay until the closing time of the event. Loading and unloading instructions will be provided prior to the event. 
6. Vendors should ensure their booth is staffed during published event hours; up to 2–3 representatives may rotate shifts.
7. Booth decoration: and branding must remain within the allocated space and comply with K Mall guidelines.
8. Packaged food and food service vendors must follow the food vendor placement rules provided by the Organizer. Food vendors must comply with K Mall’s food safety requirements. Live cooking with Gas stoves/open-flame cooking is not permitted.
9. Advertising: Extensive advertising is done through Indoindians website and its communication channels to relevant audiences and communities. Further advertising is ensured through promotional campaigns to wide community reach. Vendors are encouraged to actively promote their participation through their own social-media channels.
10. Indoindians/K Mall do not guarantee visitor numbers or sales.
