These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://iitix.com (the “Site”) and any services or products offered through it (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Definitions
• User (“you”, “your”): Anyone who accesses or uses the Site.
• Event: Any live or virtual performance, show, conference, or other activity for which we facilitate ticket sales.
• Ticket: A digital or physical proof of purchase granting you entry to an Event.
• Order: A confirmed purchase transaction of one or more Tickets.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase Tickets. By placing an Order, you confirm you have the legal right and authority to do so.

3. Account Registration
• Browsing Events does not require an account, but purchasing Tickets does.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Ordering & Payment
• All Orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any Order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or system error).
• Prices, fees, and payment methods are clearly displayed at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options listed on the Site.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways; IITIX does not store your full payment details.

5. Delivery of Tickets
• E-Tickets: Delivered via email in PDF or QR code format. You are responsible for entering and maintaining a correct email address.
• Physical Tickets (if offered): Shipped to the address you provide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by region.
• IITIX is not liable for lost or undelivered Tickets if incorrect address information is provided.

6. Cancellation & Refunds
• All Ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except when required by applicable law or when an Event organizer cancels or reschedules an Event.
• If an Event is canceled or rescheduled, you will be notified and offered a refund, credit, or exchange per the organizer’s policy. Refunds may exclude transaction fees.

7. Event Changes
• IITIX acts solely as an agent. We do not control Event content, dates, times, venues, or lineup changes. Any such changes are at the discretion of the Event organizer.
• We recommend subscribing to organizer updates and verifying Event details closer to the date.

8. User Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
1. Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
2. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation.
3. Upload or transmit any harmful code (viruses, malware) or unsolicited communications (spam).
4. Interfere with or disrupt Site functionality, security, or data.

9. Intellectual Property
• All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is the property of IITIX or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, IITIX (and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of Tickets.
• Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms will not exceed the total amounts you paid to IITIX in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IITIX and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party;
• Your misuse of the Site or Tickets.

12. Privacy
Your use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy (https://iitix.com/privacy). By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described therein.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflicts-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms here with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
